106 Jack FM is an adult hits radio station that broadcasts across the English South Coast on 106 MHz and 106.6 MHz FM, as well as on Dab Digital. It broadcasts from the Roman Landing studios in Kingsway, Southampton, next to its sister station, The Breeze 107, which is also based in the same building. 106 Celador purchased Original 106 from Canwest in August 2008 and now operates JACK FM. 106 JACK FM replaced The Coast 106, which had replaced Original 106 in October 2008. Despite the fact that initial Rajar effects were boosted with a sonic extend above those presented by Original, weekly attendance had stagnated at roughly 115,000 by the first quarter of 2011.
